Sprinting Update!


I've gotten a lot of feedback from people playing Snak, both people that I know, and strangers online. It seems like everyone can agree on one thing: It's painfully slow. It takes so much time to get from one side to the other, especially at higher scores where you need to perform maneuvers to avoid crashing into yourself.

This update adds sprinting! Each Snak that Snek eats will grant you around 2 seconds of sprinting, which you can do by holding down the circle button (mapped to Z by default for keyboards). Stamina is converved between stages, and saves. While sprinting, Snek's head will be outlined in a different colo(u)r, and there will be a subtle animation that overlays each body segment, just to add some detail. There's also a bar in the top right, showing your stamina. You can hold up to 28 seconds of sprint time.

This update also adds a sound effect when changing stages. This should have been included in the last update but was forgotten about -_-
